After many experiences in the world of hotel marketing, Emanuele Faini decided to enter the world of pasta, thus resuming the family business begun in 1980 by his parents.
The “Pastificio Faini” was a laboratory for the production and sale of pasta until 2018 always using quality Italian flours, eggs, meat and vegetables of first choice and thus having been named among the first “10 pasta factories in Rome”.
